1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ShadowCraft website, Discord, or Minecraft server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our official Community Rules. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Unofficial Fan Project Notice

ShadowCraft is an unofficial, community-operated fan project inspired by third-party intellectual property and built on Minecraft. ShadowCraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft, or original copyright holders.

3. User Conduct & Accounts

Users are expected to follow all server guidelines outlined on our Rules page. We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or restrict access to any player who engages in harassment, cheating, exploiting, or breaking server rules without prior notice.

4. Virtual Goods & Store Policies

All virtual items, ranks, or cosmetic perks offered through ShadowCraft are non-tangible digital goods provided as appreciation for supporting server development and maintenance costs. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Limitation of Liability

ShadowCraft and its administration team are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime or freedom from technical errors, bugs, or data resets resulting from technical maintenance or updates.
